By downloading, installing, or using the Verdict application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Verdict is an AI-powered application that helps you evaluate your decisions. The app provides analysis and suggestions based on the information you provide. All suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute definitive advice.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The analyses and advice provided by the application do not substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Verdict cannot be held responsible for the outcomes of decisions made based on its suggestions. We strongly recommend seeking expert opinion for your important decisions.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the application for lawful purposes only.
  • You are responsible for the content you enter into the application.
  • You agree not to misuse the application or use it for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.

5. AI-Generated Content

Verdict uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate analyses and recommendations. Please be aware that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Results may vary for the same input due to the nature of AI models
  • The AI does not have access to real-time data or personal knowledge beyond what you provide
  • You should always use your own judgment when making decisions

6. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, name, and content of the Verdict application are the intellectual property of Cengiz Donmez. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any part of the application is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your use of Verdict is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Verdict available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues with third-party services (OpenAI, Cloudflare)
  • Network connectivity issues

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cengiz Donmez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
